The mission of Executive Moving (“we”, “us”, “Executive Moving”, “executive-moving.com”) is to develop technology that makes it easier for people moving. We hope that this service will help movers (“the mover”, “you”, “your”) save time, money and leave nothing behind. We believe that Executive Moving offers a win-win solution to movers and suppliers by centralizing moving procedures under one roof. We understand that in order to offer such a service, we need to gain the trust of everyone involved. To do so, we took the time to explicitly describe how our service works, why your information is safe with us and finally, to whom and under which circumstance we will share your information.
How it works
The service we offer is quite simple. Once you schedule the virtual onsite estimate or use our price estimator, you will have the possibility to complete your booking with the third party supplier. On your request only, we will distribute the moving form to any suppliers that you, “the user,” will decide on. For example, Executive Moving could share your information to notify a supplier of your service request.

Purpose and scope of this policy
Information we share
We do not share your personal information (such as your name, date of birth, old or new address, move date, etc.) with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Executive Moving unless one of the following circumstances applies:
1. To implement
In order to implement the service that we offer at www.executive-moving.com, we may need to share your personal information with third parties. In such situations, we may share only such personal information as is necessary to complete the ordered service. For example, if you choose to submit quote request form when using price estimator, we would provide such details to the third party supplier.
2. For legal
We will share your personal information with companies, organizations or individuals outside of Executive Moving if we believe doing so is necessary to: Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request. Detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.
3. For aggregate
We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information publicly and with our partners (“Aggregate Data”). For example, we may share information publicly to show moving trends and other information about new movers. Data of all Users (as defined below) may be included.
4. Cookies and web Beacons
- You click on their advertising messages
- You click on links to their websites
- You click on services offered on our websites
Since web beacons are used in combination with cookies, if you disable cookies the web beacons will only detect an anonymous site visit. When used in an e-mail, web beacons enable us to know whether you have received the e-mail.
Information we collect from users
The information that we collect from “Users” includes, at a minimum, their email address, full name and their password. Additional information we collect may include, old and new address, date of birth and information relative to a specific account such as a client number, a folder number, etc. All information collected aside from standard browsing “visitor” data (“visitors” in this case includes “users”), including but not restricted to, location of visitors, time of the visit and time spend on website, computer IP Address, etc., is deliberately given by the user himself in order to receive a service that requires such information.
